Purpose of the School
The Board of Trustees envisioned crating an educational institution
of excellence, to provide children of deprived classes to obtain good
basic education and to provide a solid base for higher education. The
school aims to produce socially responsible citizens who can contribute
towards their families and society to the best of their capabilities.
The medium of
instruction in the school is English, with Urdu as a compulsory
subject. Initially the school started classes from nursery to grade
four. There was an annual expansion to the next grade. In 2006, we have
reached grade nine. Our first batch of students shall be appearing in
their metric exams in 2007.
The school
endeavored to create a strong base in English. We designed special head
start programs for the students with a sharp focus on vocabulary,
grammar, creative writing and reading skills. A special feature of the
curricula of the school is computer assisted education. We have a
computer lab in which teachers and students do research as well as use
computers as a tool for a stimulating learning environment. This
enables our students to compete at the national level against students
from the urban areas.
